Shipping Policy
The delivery of the products includes the transfer to the door of the address registered in the order. The package is delivered on the first floor, since there is no stair climbing service.

If when the product sent by Cloth Industrial arrives You reject the delivery for a reason beyond our responsibility, the shipping cost will not be returned to you and you will have to assume a new shipping cost. The carrier will be limited to:
* Deliver the product to the address indicated in the dispatch guide.
* Wait for the visual inspection by the receiver to rule out any damage.

Returns and exchange policy
When requesting an exchange of your product or money back you must bear in mind that the product must be new, unused, its labels and / or accessories must be original, the product must be in perfect condition.
The conditions and terms of change are detailed below:

The customer assumes the cost of shipping the size that does not fit and Cloth Industrial assumes the cost of shipping the new size.
* Garments with modifications to the original clothing will not be received.
How to make a change?

You can change your product by size or color. This change is subject to the availability of inventory in the Virtual Store and you must bear in mind that the product you choose has the same price as the one initially purchased.

How to apply a money back?
The customer must bear the cost of shipping the product return and request a refund of the money through our customer service channels.
Once Cloth Industrial receives the product and verifies its status, the money will be returned the next two business days.
Money will be returned by the same platform payment used at the time of purchase.
